Join Natalie Cooper, founder of African Musical Instruments to learn through fun creativity, what African Musical instruments and cultures are all about! In this three week course, we'll be visiting Africa as well as the Caribbean, Latin and South America to check out what African people have given us through music up to today.

These interdisciplinary workshops will cover Arts and Crafts, Storytelling, Music and instrument practise to understand the social significance, historical context, philosophical/ religious thought and everyday life in the musical culture of Africa and the diaspora.

We'll be using high quality materials and resources to create something each week, watching live demonstrations of rare instruments and much more
