Six-week drawing course for all abilities.

This course will build your confidence and skill in observational drawing and develop skills in drawing-based print-making techniques.

Each session will focus on the foundation blocks of drawing, including line, tone, form, mark-making and composition.

Experience drawing from both the life model and environs of The Paxton Centre. On alternating weeks you will also be introduced to a different print-making technique, building on your knowledge throughout the course.

We will look at contemporary artists and art history for inspiration. By the end of the six weeks you will be comfortable and familiar with technical language with which to talk about drawing and print-making.

£145 for six weeks' qualified tuition by artist Nikki Gardham. Includes all materials. To book a place a £25 deposit is required in advance and two further payments of £60 in weeks one and three.
