To coincide with International Women's Day 2017 we are having an event to celebrate Women in our Community and the inspiring work they do. Joining us are local guest speakers telling their stories. This event is open to Men and Women for an informal evening of celebration, socialising, making new friends and more.

It is a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. International Women's Day first emerged from the activities of labour movements at the turn of the twentieth century in North America and across Europe."
