Following the easing of Government Lockdown restrictions for Education including Adult Further Education settings we are pleased to be able to resume our Pottery Courses at The Paxton Centre.

This 6 week course is designed for beginners, returning and intermediate learners. Beginners will follow a course programme to introduce many techniques including hand building and the potters wheel. You will be introduced to many decorating resources and glazing options too.

Advanced learners are encouraged to work on your own projects using the various clays, glazes, tools and resources available. You will receive continued support, guidance and experience in order to expand your pottery knowledge.

*The Paxton Centre is a Covid Secure space with measures in place including fresh air ventilation, sanitizing stations throughout, social distanced work stations and please wear your mask throughout the workshop. If you have your own apron do please bring that alternately we can supply one which we wash between workshops. More information on our covid secure declaration can be found at thepaxtoncentre.co.uk.

Course fee is £175 for 15 hrs qualified tuition with materials and firing included. Book your place with a £25 deposit following the link and then £75 in week 1 and week 3.
