Creative meditation develops clarity and allows you to access a greater sense of self, finding more peace and letting go of internal conflict. Being creative has been found to reduce stress and anxiety, a great way to explore a subject, merging what you think and feel.

​Traditionally, concentration meditation involves focusing on a single point. In this form of meditation, participants simply learn to focus their awareness on the object of attention, absorbing the mind through a creative process.

Capturing the essence of a subject with using a variety of line with the fluidity of water and ink, this process helps the participant to let go of our innate desire to control and learn to move with.

Kate is a commissioned artist and qualified mBIT coach, she gathers inspiration from her own spiritual practice to create a relaxed atmosphere. Delivering a creative experience where you will learn new skills and techniques whilst nurturing the art of mindfulness.

Kate demonstrates a variety of Chinese Brush techniques. You will work from worksheets and create your own Chinese Brush paintings using traditional brushes ink and Gouache.
