This 4 hour pottery workshop promises mindfullness while working with wonderful tactile clay, a fun and social activity plus an opportunity to learn a new skill. Come and create a model of your favourite architecture, be it your own home, a building you love or a fantasy dwelling from your imagination. Your ceramic model will be an average of 4-6 inch tall or wide using white and red earthenware clay, various resources plus coloured glaze if your building requires detail.

Do bring an image of your building to work from or a drawing of your imaginary building. The workshop takes place in the mezzanine space above the cafe which will be open during the class for refreshments and provides a lovely vibrant back drop to the afternoon. Your work will be fired and ready to collect 2 week later from The Paxton Centre.

Suitable for beginners and those with some pottery experience.
