Unity for mental wellness is a safe space for people dedicated to supporting each other’s mental health through the art of presence, encouragment, listening, mindfullness whilst providing a powerful network of empathy, trust, and understanding. The circle is a safe, non-judgmental environment where vulnerability is met with compassion and strength with humaness. This shared commitment fosters resilience and growth, empowering everyone in the circle to face challenges with a renewed sense of hope and connection.
The circle promotes continuity of presence by providing a weekly platform to all participants with all the sessions being led by an expert. The weekly sessions enables all voluntary participants a circle of continued reassurance and strength whilst encouraging the presence of a safe space.
Gaganbir is a leading expert in cognitive reframing, psycho-cognitive therapy, behaviour modulation, mindfulness and existentialism. He has over 3 decades of experience leading large organisations, teams and people through a journey of transformation. His work has been pioneering in the field of people transformation and he has been accredited with designing a framework, called The THinkStack(c) which helps participants to design their journey of life by assessing and re-creating their thinking processes.
A donation of £5 (minimum) is welcome on the night to support the meeting costs.
Hot and cold drinks are available to purchase from the cafe.
