My name is Lizzy Platt, a Canadian-English woman currently living in the South of France. I am back in London for a short time and would love to connect with anyone who wants to share their experience of Awakening. I have been leading retreats and sessions on this subject for over 10 years and enjoy connecting with small groups.

In 2011 I had an experience which entirely shifted my view of the world and also my role in it. This can be labelled as an Awakening, and it's a perspective which I continue to deepen and learn about each day. I am now available to help others with their own unfolding and support us to live our busy city lives from this spiritual perspective.

I would like to get together a small group to share my experience of Awakening in London and what this means for me to live life from this new perspective. For me Awakening is a kind of realising the truth of connection of who we all are, and I know that this can be an overused word in the spiritual field today. My goal if any is to create a space where we can share, welcome and listen to each other and each individual perspective.
There is no need to have any previous journey or experience in this area either; simply curious people are very welcome! We will take it in turns to share and I may even propose some simply invitation exercises depending on time and how we feel. All welcome, and no need to stay for the full two hours if you are not able, just let me know.
