"Hi, I’m Chris, a painter of many subjects, although in this show my landscapes are predominant. I use oil and also like to paint with drawing ink, which has a nice vibrancy and immediacy that I find very satisfying. I’m drawn to contrasting light conditions, reflections on water, and I love woodlands for the complexity they introduce to the design of the painting.
